"IF YOU GET LOST" EP - prod. by Paolo Baldini - OUT NOW!

 

Broken Clocks is a reggae band born from the desire to share a message: reclaiming the slow passage of time, paying the right attention to the emotions offered by the solemn tempos and rhythms that enrich life. Their music, designed to resonate with a global audience, is a call to the past, rooted in the purest and most glorious era of Anglo-Jamaican reggae music, that has driven old tunes to the present days. The expression "Less is more" perfectly represents their sound, where every note finds its rightful place.

The strong need to share their work led them, in March 2023, to independently release their debut EP "In this city", receiving excellent feedback.

 

They participated in the selections for the Bababoom Contest 2023, ranking first in the initial phase and thus opening the concert of Alborosie and the Shengen Clan at the Bababoom Festival of the same year. The final performance earned them first place, winning the most important Italian reggae contest.

After completing their live appointments, they returned to the studio to finalize their second EP "If You Get Lost", produced and artistically directed by Paolo Baldini DubFiles and entirely recorded at the "Alambic Conspiracy Studio".

In 2024, they played again at Bababoom Festival where they performed the opening act of
Black Uhuru, the historic and iconic Jamaican reggae group.
